  • Commitment Portfolios: Directly owned and executed multi-cloud capacity commitments (RIs, Savings Plans, GCP FlexCUDs) for hundreds of millions of dollars in annual spend across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Cost Savings Execution:
    • Led a virtual cost team that identified and executed projects saving over $600,000 monthly.
    • Designed smarter bin-packing patterns for Confluent's microservice fleets running on Kubernetes.
    • Handled forecasting and cost estimation models used by all engineering teams to evaluate new product design tradeoffs.
