Confluent Customer Metrics Pipeline

Customer Telemetry Stack: Designed the architectural layout and rollout plan for a new product capability exposing infrastructure metrics directly to users. The solution included exposing metrics in the web UI and setting up dedicated, read-only Kafka cluster access points for customer telemetry queries.
Cost Data Warehouse: Built the first automated cost analysis and billing data warehouse on top of BigQuery, utilizing billing APIs to feed cost projections.
Engineering & Product Analytics: Developed new data engineering pipelines to extract utilization patterns, providing critical usage feedback to product teams to guide pricing policies.
